Start from the Palazzo dei Congressi at 9.00am for Florence.
This tour will give you the chance, through a pleasant walk, to discover the history of Florence and its extraordinary protagonists, through the churches, palaces, fountains, sculptures that live in the scenic squares, as in real museums all ‘open air. This route can be a good presentation of the city for the people who arrive in Florence for the first time, but also an opportunity to follow familiar routes, letting them tell about themselves.
The tourist itinerary starts from the point of the city that is most convenient for you to visit Piazza del Duomo, with its splendid monuments, and then go to the ancient political center of the city, Piazza della Signoria, where the Palazzo Vecchio stands out, from you reach Piazza Santa Croce, which takes its name from the Basilica defined by the poet U. Foscolo “temple of the Itale Glorie”, from whose side the statue of Dante Alighieri greets us, severe.
From here, the touristic itinerary continues in oltrarno where Piazza Pitti awaits us, with the imposing façade of the Palazzo which was the residence of the Medici family from Cosimo I, the first Grand Duke of Florence.
These are only the largest and most famous squares in the city, but be prepared to discover small squares hidden among alleyways and narrow streets that will reveal the most popular and hidden face of Florence.

Departure at 4 pm by bus from Palazzo dei Congressi to Forte dei Marmi, the capital of Versilia.
Forte dei Marmi is about a 20-minute drive from Viareggio. This beautiful town, overlooking the sea, takes its name from the eighteenth-century Fortino built by Grand Duke Leopold I to protect the precious blocks of marble coming from the Apuans who were standing here waiting to be shipped.
With the establishment of seaside tourism, the city has established itself as a holiday resort and as a shopping center, becoming the most important in Versilia.
Forte dei Marmi is today a famous and appreciated center of luxury shopping: along its main streets are the boutiques of the big names in international fashion such as Prada, Cèline, Yves Saint Laurent, Dolce & Gabbana, Gucci and many others.
The area between Piazza Garibaldi, Via Roma, Via Mazzini and Piazza Dante is the pulsating heart of the Fort. There are items of clothing, footwear, bags, jewelry, food and wine products and crafts.
The prices shown may not be available to everyone but it is still cheerful and lively avenues ideal for walking, admire the windows and eat an ice cream

DESCRIPTION OF THE ITINERARY:
The tour starts from the Palazzo dei Congressi at 4pm and continues in a medieval aqueduct passing by the wall of Pisa.
The aqueduct was commissioned by the Granduc of Tuscany Ferdinando de ‘Medici (XVI-XVII).
The bike path continues for 6 km along these 934 arches, the Medici aqueduct was built to bring water from the sources of the Monti Pisani to the fountains of Pisa.
From this road we will reach the Monastery of “Certosa di Calci” where the Middle Ages meet the Renaissance and the seventeenth century.
The landscape is that of the “Gracious Valley” where the olive tree and the vines are the main crop.
It is worth stopping in Calci and its Romanesque church dedicated to Saints Giovanni and Ermolao, dated 1116, with a wonderful bell tower that was also an ancient defensive tower.
Near this village in the countryside we can suggest a local winery where you can stop to taste the excellent wine and “bruschette” with olive oil for an aperitif at sunset.

Enjoy a 2-hour guided walking tour of the city of Pisa, exploring the main attractions but also visiting some of the out-of-the-ordinary places frequented by locals. This walking tour will introduce you to the real city of Pisa, beyond the iconic Leaning Tower.
The tour is on a level ground, which makes it accessible to the disabled and slow pedestrians. This is a unique experience to enjoy this unpretentious university city, where you will have the opportunity to learn about history and monuments, as well as the daily life of a small and lively Tuscan medieval town. You will see the city from a different perspective: discover the hidden streets, photograph the city from unusual places, and see the Leaning Tower and other famous monuments.
Meet your local guide at the Palazzo dei Congressi at 4pm and cross the south side of the city to the famous Leaning Tower on the north side.
Along the way, stop and admire the mural of the late twentieth century American artist Keith Haring. Stroll along the busy Corso Italia to the Arno River and stop to enjoy the view of the beautiful river banks in the heart of Pisa.
Stroll along Borgo Stretto until you reach the splendid Piazza dei Cavalieri, already epicenter of the medieval maritime republic of Pisa, and redesigned at the end of the sixteenth century by Florentine architects.
As a final part of your tour, pay a visit to the magnificent and monumental complex of the Cathedral of Pisa and its bell tower – the Leaning Tower. View both these beautiful buildings from the outside and take photos before the end of your tour at 11:45.

How to prepare a delicious traditional Tuscan dish
Tuscany is famous for the sun, the countryside, extra virgin olive oil, and wine FOOD
This course is a practical cooking lesson, where, supported by a professional chef, you will learn how to cook delicious traditional Tuscan recipes.
The course is three hours, including dinner, where you will cook a recipe for this Menu with someone:
a starter mixed Tuscany crostini bread with sauce
first course homemade pasta with ragù
second course fricassea chicken with potatoes and zucchini
At the end of the preparation, after cleaning the kitchen (part of the course) the whole group will eat what has been produced.
For safety reasons it is important to wear long trousers, closed anti-slip shoes, long hair and if possible have a hat and an apron.
The course will start with a minimum of 7 and a maximum of 10 participants.

Departure at 4pm from the Palazzo dei Congressi for Bolgheri that will welcome us with its cypress avenue made famous by Carducci.
We will discover a village animated by wine bars and taverns, artisan shops and wine shops that will delight you with the typical food and wine products of the Etruscan coast.
After visiting the village we will go to a Bogheri DOC cellar, to understand how one of the most famous wines in the world is born, we will visit the “barriccaia” and we will tell the story of the only wine in Tuscany that does not derive from the Sangiovese grape.
Then on the hour of sunset we will make a good aperitif tasting 3 different wines accompanied by bruschetta and breadsticks.

Pianosa, the ancient Planasia has been a place of imprisonment or exile since the Roman period. The nephew of Emperor Augustus, Agrippa Postumo, exiled on this island was killed on his soil. During the end of the Roman Empire it was the site of a large Christian community that left a very large area of catacombs. By the end of the nineteenth century it became a cutting-edge prison experiment.
We will leave the house of the Agronomist, cross the Piazza delle Barriere and the wall from the Church, entering the prison area we will see the branch of the Central, visit the rational henhouse and after walking through a pine forest we will arrive in Cala di Biagio, we will see the Scoglio della Scola and Punta Secca. Returning to the residential area we will skirt the wall.

Afternoon excursion to Volterra, the largest and most imposing city, and a jewel that dominates the Val di Cecina to the sea.
Departure at 4pm from the Palazzo dei Congressi to Volterra where our guide will be waiting for us to discover this village that was the cradle of Etruscan, Roman, Medieval and Renaissance civilization and culture.
Its history extends over three thousand years and has filled the city with a wealth of artistic and monumental testimonies, including the beautiful Piazza dei Priori with the town hall, the doors and the great walls dating back to the XIII century, the Torre del Porcellino and the ruins of the Roman Theater.
The best way to get to know Volterra is to walk along its paved alleys with typical alabaster shops.
We will also see the large city park, dominated by the Fortress built by the Medici, with its tall tower, the “Rocca del Mastio“.
